And here comes the third instalment of my spring easy nail art series. Again I tried to think of something different but equally impressive to share with you and still keep it very simple with almost no tools needed. So if you want to learn how to do this refreshing magenta pink & mint leopard print nails let’s get right to it.
step 1: Protect your nails with a base coat of your choice and then apply two coats of a magenta pink nail polish (I used Essie ‘Grow Stronger’ and Essie ‘Splash of Granadine’).
step 2: Take a dotting tool or a toothpick and paint quite irregular dots on a few nails with the mint nail polish (I used a Bourjois dotting tool and Barry M ‘Sugar Apple’).
step 3: Use a toothpick and a black nail polish to partially outline the mint dots. Add a few small black spots here and there to complete the design (I used Essie ‘Licorice’).
step 4: Wait for at least 10-15 minutes so the black outlining has time to dry a bit before you use a generous amount of fast drying topcoat to seal the nail art and to even out the surface (I used Essie ‘Good To Go’).
step 5: Enjoy this colourful and playful design and brace yourself for compliments.
Let me know if you like this manicure! And would you like me to continue with this little series of mine?
Aw these are so cute, definitely want to try them out!
